Dieses fr\u00fche Line-up repr\u00e4sentiert eine \u00dcbergangsphase zwischen der unmittelbaren Energie der Londoner Punk-Szene und der sich formierenden Post-Punk-\u00c4sthetik. Die Band agiert konzentriert und spannungsgeladen. Siouxsies Stimme erscheint klar fokussiert, nahezu k\u00fchl isoliert \u00fcber der Instrumentierung. Der Raum selbst wird nicht als dramatisches Element inszeniert, sondern bleibt funktional \u2013 ein neutraler Rahmen, der die musikalische Energie unverstellt transportiert.<\/p><p>In dieser Konstellation wird The Peel Sessions zu einem akustischen Dokument der Verdichtung. Die Aufnahmen zeigen eine Band vor der vollst\u00e4ndigen stilistischen Ausarbeitung, aber bereits mit unverkennbarer \u00e4sthetischer Haltung.
